Title: Super Smash Bros. Melee: Team Melee

AUTHOR'S NOTE: After I finish this Classic Mode saga, I'll be starting Event

stories. Those are based on the Event Matches. For example: Game & Watch

Forever, Mewtwo Strikes, etc.

PLOT: Previously, Bowser attacked Mario, but was stopped by Pikachu. They

btoh signed up for the melee tournament. Mario's first fight was with Donkey

Kong. It was long, but Mario reigned victorious. Being tricked by Bowser,

Link challenged Mario and Pikachu in the Team Melee.

In the locker room, Mario ponders how he and Pikachu are able to beat

Link and....and....uh....whoever Link will choose as an ally.

Mario: I don't-a know, Pik-amigo. Who do you-a think-a Link will-a choose to

fight along-a side him?

Pikachu: Pika? (shrugs)

Mario: (sees the match line-up list) Hey! Here we are. "Mario & Pikachu VS

Link and Kirby" Kirby? Who's-a Kirby?

Then, Zelda enters the locker room.

Zelda: Hi, guys.

Mario: Hey. Aren't-a you Link's girl?

Zelda: Yes. But I came to apologize for Link's behavior. I don't know what's

gotten into him lately. And Pikachu. (picks him up) I'm sorry if Link hurt

you.

Pikachu: Pika pika pika.

Zelda: Oh, he didn't? Well, good.

Mario: Wait a minute. You can understand-a what he-a says?

Zelda: Of course I can. I'm a magical princess and I have the abilities to

heal and understand other creatures like squirrels, cats, and pokemon.

Mario: Wow. Amazing.

Pikachu: Pika chu chu chu?

Zelda: Do I know who Kirby is? He's a pink puffball about your size. Be

careful, because he has an appetite for food AND victory. He has the power to

suck up people and mimic their moves.

Announcer: May I have your attention, please? Will Mario, Pikachu, Link, and

Kirby please report to the arena for their Team Melee match? That is all.

Thank you.

Mario: Well, we'd-a better get-a going. Let's-a go.

Zelda: Good luck, guys.

Pikachu: Pika? Pika pika chu?

Zelda: It's not that I want Link to lose. It's just that I want you to teach

him a lesson.

Mario: Makes sense to me.

Mario and Pikachu enter the colluseum. Link and his pink, puffy conrad,

Kirby are ready to fight.

Mario: Do we-a really need-a to fight? You got-a this all-a wrong.

Link: Quiet, pasta-breath!

Mario: And-a what's-a wrong with-a pasta?!

Kirby: Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, pasta. Hey, Link. Can we forfeit this fight and go

get something to eat?

Link: FORFEIT?! Kirby, these guys are our enemies and we never forfeit to

enemies.

Kirby: But I'm hungry.

Link: Stop whining and starting fighting.

Announcer: 3 2 1 GO!

Kirby was too hungry to fight. He stared at Pikachu and started

hallucinating Pikachu as a rottissere chicken.

Kirby: (drooling) Ooooohhhhh............LUNCHTIME!

Pikachu: Pika?

Kirby opened his mouth and used it as a vacuum to suck up Pikachu. While

Kirby was enjoying the fresh taste of raw pokemon, Pikachu was struggling

inside to get out. Then, he unleashed a Thunder Jolt which Kirby couldn't

take and was spat out. Shaking off Kirby's saliva from his body, Pikachu got

angry.

Pikachu: (angrily) Pika pika chu!

Kirby: I'LL eat whatever AND whoever I want, thank you very much. Now get

back in my mouth!

Then, Kirby noticed a Pikachu hat on his head. Then, HE started shocking

Pikachu. Pikachu went running around with Kirby chasing him. Mario was having

trouble with Link who kept slashing him with his sword.

Mario: C'mon-a, Link. This is too-a senseless. I'm-a telling you. Me and-a

Pikachu aren't-a thieves.

Link: LIAR! I must defend my girl from scum like you. Now taste the power of

cold, hard steel!

Mario: I've-a tasted enough of it.

Mario and Pikachu were almost about to lose. But something fell from the

sky and landed on Mario's head. It was a PokeBall. Mario picked it up and

stared at it.

Mario: A pokeball? Hmmm, I wonder-a what's in-a here.

Mario tossed the pokeball and out came a Blastoise.

Mario: A blastoise.

Blastoise: (staring at Link) Blastoise!

Link: What is that?

Blastoise pulled out two cannons from its shell and started shooting a

powerful force of water at Link. Link was sent to the edge of the rink.

Blatoise then disappeared. Kirby was still chasing Pikachu, and Kirby tripped

and the hat on his head disappeared.

Kirby: Uh-oh.

Pikachu: Pika......(charging up) CHUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pikachu used his Skull Bash on Kirby and Kirby was sent rocketing.

Link: Nothing can save you now. It's all over.

Kirby: (zooming toward Link.)

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

AAA(inhales)AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Link: OH NO!

Kirby hit Link and they both went into the air and were out of sight.

Announcer: GAME SET! This match goes to Mario and his ally, Pikachu!

Pikachu: PIKA PIKA!

Mario: YAHOO!

Bowser was watching this fight the whole time.

Bowser: WHAT?!?!?!?! IMPOSSIBLE!! They're strong seperately. But together,

they're almost invincible! I shouldn't have tricked that Link guy. Maybe I....

Link: So, you lied to me! I think I'll take my anger on you instead.

Link slashed Bowser far away. Then he went to Mario and Pikachu.

Link: Hey, guys. I'm sorry I didn't listen to you. I should never have listen

to Bowser.

Mario: Don't-a worry about it. That's all in the past.

Announcer: UH-OH! What's this? It appears Bowser has gotten huge and we

haven't even started the Giant Melee yet. Oh well. It looks like Mario,

Pikachu, and Link .VS. Giant Bowser. 3 2 1 GO!

Bowser: All of you will die!

Giant Bowser slammed down hard shaking the arena. Everyone evacuated,

except for Mario, Pikachu, and Link.

Link: Well, guys. I was against once, but now I'm with you. Let's bring him

down.

Pikachu: Pika!

Mario: Let's!

The three combined their greatest attacks and fired at Giant Bowser.

Giant Bowser: OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (BOOM!)

Giant Bowser was defeated.

Mario: Whew. Thanks for-a your help, Link.

Link: Anytime, guys.

Zelda: (showing up) Oh, Link. You're not a jerk after all. (kisses Link) And

you two, thanks for slapping some sense into Link's head. (kisses both of

them and turns to Link) And now that that's taken care of, YOU HAVE SOME

EXPLAINING TO DO, LINK!! (pulls his ear and drags him with her.)

Mario: (sweatdrops) She reminds me of Peach.

Pikachu: (sweatdrops) Pikachu.

Announcer: Starting tomorrow, the Multi-Man Melee. Mario .VS. A team of 10

Yoshis.

Mario: YOSHI?!?!?! Not-a Yoshi! He's-a my side-a-kick!

Pikachu: Pikachu?

Peach: (shows up) Mario. Sweetie. I can't believe you have to fight Yoshi

and.....hey. Who's this little cutie?

Mario: That's-a my new friend, Pikachu. He saved-a me from Bowser.

Peach: (patting Pikachu's head) Well, Mario. Good luck. I'll be rooting for

both you and Yoshi. (leaves)

Mario: What am I-a gonna do now?

Pikachu: (pats Mario's back) Pika.

Uh-oh. Mario's in another krisis! Now, he has to fight off 10 of his

long-time sidekick. What will be the outcome of that? Find out next time on
